Application Checklist

Real Estate Contract

  • A copy of the ratified sales contract with all of the addendums for the home you are purchasing
Income
  • Copies of your most recent 2 years of W2’s, 1099’s, and/or K-1 forms for all employers.
  • If you are self-employed, in addition to the above tax returns, we also require a current year-to-date Profit and Loss Statement and balance sheet prepared and signed by the accountant who prepares your tax returns.
  • If you are self-employed, earn commissions, or receive income from alimony, pensions, or other “non-wage earning” sources, we require your 2 most recent Federal Tax Returns with all schedules.
  • If you own a Corporation/S-Corporation/Partnership, we will require the 2 most recent tax returns from those entities including all schedules and attachments.
Assets
  • Checking and/or savings account statements for the 2 most recent consecutive months. Please include all pages for each account.
  • Stocks/IRA’s/401K/Pension/other asset account statements for the 2 most recent consecutive months or most recent quarterly statement. Please include all pages for each account.
  • Fully executed lease agreement(s) on all rental properties owned with the 2 most recent Federal Tax Returns including all schedules.
Other
  • Complete divorce decree, separation agreement/property settlement agreement.
  • Complete bankruptcy papers and discharge notice along with a written explanation regarding the circumstances of the bankruptcy.
  • VA (Veterns Affairs) mortgage loans require the following: original VA Certification of Eligibility, DD-214, Transfer Order (if applicable), Statement of Active Duty (if applicable).
